LJCONSULT SARL-S, 18, rue Léon Kauffman, L-1853 Luxembourg, contact via the form on ljconsult.com, phone: +352 20405577. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

2. What we process and why

Visiting the website. When you open the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested page, browser details) to deliver the page and prevent abuse. The data is kept only as long as needed for operation and security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (operation and security of the website).

Contact form and email. If you use the contact form or write to us, we process your name, email address, optional company and phone number, the language of the page and your message in order to answer your request. To prevent abuse, the number of submissions per IP address is briefly limited in working memory, without permanent storage. The form is delivered to us through our email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA, processing in the EU). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and (f) (answering enquiries). We delete the data once the request is dealt with and no statutory retention duty applies.

Appointment booking. The link to book a call opens the scheduling service Calendly on its own website. Data you enter there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy notice.

3. What we do not use

No cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, no embedded third-party content. We store nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from our own server. The links to Calendly, ebulo.com and lurivex.com lead to separate websites.

4. Recipients

Hosting: Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) through the Cloudflare Pages service. Cloudflare also acts as DNS and delivery service (CDN) and protects against abuse. Connection data (in particular the IP address) passes through Cloudflare servers, including outside the EU and the EEA. The transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and fast operation of the website).
